Scam Prevention Seminar Being Held By Springfield Police, DA
Organizers said the number of reported cases of financial crimes involving senior citizens has been on the rise.
SPRINGFIELD, PA — Scammers are always looking for new ways to steal their victims' hard-earned money. Luckily, Springfield Township Police and the Delaware County District Attorney's Office are hosting a seminar aimed at helping residents avoid scams.
A senior fraud awareness seminar is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Springfield Township Municipal Building, 50 Powell Road in Springfield.
