June 22 at 10:35 a.m.
While on patrol, Ofc. Kingsbury observed a vehicle travelling on the unit block of Baltimore Pike using an expired registration plate. Contact was made with the driver who was found to be intoxicated and in violation of having an ignition interlock device. The 35-year-old female from Clifton Heights was taken into custody and submitted to a blood test. She was later released to family, and charges for DUI and traffic offenses are pending.
June 22 at 12:54 p.m.
Best Buy, 600 block of Baltimore Pike, reported three males were in the store and loaded several computer electronics into bags and left the store without paying. Sgt. J. DiTrolio is investigating.

June 23 at 4:23 p.m.
An employee of Media Art Expo at the mall reported two male juveniles stole a canvas piece from display and ran out of the mall.
June 23 at 10:51 p.m.
Officers investigated a crash in which a vehicle made a left turn in front of another on the 800 block of West Springfield Road. The driver of the vehicle turning left was found to be intoxicated. The driver, a 49-year-old female from Springfield, was taken into custody and submitted to a blood test. She was released to family, and charges for DUI and traffic offenses are pending.
June 24 at 3:05 p.m.
Officers responded to the area of Baltimore Pike and Sproul Road for a hit-and-run, head-on crash. While en route, information was the striking vehicle was fleeing towards Thomson Avenue. Ofc. Dunkle observed the vehicle which drove into the Wells Fargo lot, and the driver exited and fled on foot. Ofc. Dunkle was able to find the driver in the rear of Conicelli Toyota and took him into custody. The 58-year-old male from Chester will be charged with traffic offenses. He was released.
June 27 at 2:45 p.m.
A resident of the 1000 block of West Avenue reported the catalytic converter stolen from a 2001 Honda Accord sometime overnight June 25 to June 26.
June 27 at 10:46 p.m.
Officers investigated the theft of a bicycle from Wawa, 100 block of Saxer Avnue. The victim reported that someone took his So Co Flyer bike from the front area of the store while he was inside.
