Incidents in the blotter occurred between April 12 and April 16.

April 12 at 4:16 p.m.
Officers responded to the parking lot of the United Savings Bank for a report of an unconscious female. Officers and medical personnel located the female who was unable to gain consciousness. It appeared she overdosed on pills which she had in her possession. A quantity of Xanax and an unknown white powder substance was located. The female was transported to a hospital for treatment, and drug charges are pending.
April 14 at 4:33 a.m.
Officers responded to the Days Inn, 600 block of Baltimore Pike, after receiving multiple 911 calls regarding a male hallucinating inside a room. They located a 40-year-old male from West Chester who was intoxicated after smoking crack. The male was disorderly and uncooperative. He was checked by medical personnel and then taken into custody. Charges for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness were filed.

April 14 at 4:40 p.m.
A 45-year-old male from Upper Darby will be charged with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment after it was reported that he threw items at a sale’s clerk at BJ’s Wholesale, 1200 block of East Woodland Avenue. The male was apparently unhappy with the coupons being issued at the discount center.
April 16 at 10:43 a.m.
Target security, 1200 block of Baltimore Pike, reported a female had stolen electric toothbrushes and left the store. She was located by responding officers at the bus stop near Baltimore Pike and taken into custody. The 51-year-old female from Philadelphia was identified and released, and charges for Retail Theft will be filed.
