The 2017 general election is nearly here, and we have a roundup of who you'll see on the ballot this year.

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — The 2017 general election is nearly upon us. And ahead of the Nov. 7 election day, we want to give you a quick breakdown of who you'll see on the ballot this year.

Municipal elections will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 7.

All registered voters are urged to participate in the election.

The unofficial countywide vote tally for the 2017 General Election will be posted on the Delaware County Government website and updated throughout election night on Nov. 7. Results will also be available on the Pennsylvania Department of State website here.

The unofficial results will be listed by municipality and countywide for all candidates on the ballot and will be updated throughout the evening on each municipal posting.

The posted results will be machine totals only. They will not include absentee ballots, provisional ballots or write-in votes. Results generally begin posting after 9 p.m.
