On Tuesday April 20 at 614 pm SFC was alerted to a brush fire in the woods behind ET Richardson School. The first truck arrived and found a large, fast moving fire in the woods. Additional engines from SFC responded along with Clifton Heights and Morton fire companies. It took over an hour to extinguish the fire and hot spots and another hour to clean up and restore our equipment. We want to thank Clifton and Morton for their assistance.
