Property settlements in Springfield Township during September of 2013 increased 3.7 percent from the same month last year.

Property settlements in Springfield Township during September of 2013 increased 3.7 percent from the same month last year.
According to a report from Prudential Fox and Roach, there were 28 properties that closed in September, compared with 27 from last year.
The median price of the properties that did sell in September of 2013 decreased 1.4 percent over the same period last year, from $245,000 to $241,500.

The average days on the market increased by 52.6 percent from 58 to 89 days between last September and this September.
