Springfield's State Rep Hosting Veterans Breakfast Saturday

Springfield Township's state representative is showing his appreciation for area veterans by hosting a special Veterans Day breakfast this weekend in Delaware County.

State Rep. Alex Charlton (R-165) will host the Veterans Breakfast event this weekend in Media for area veterans and their families.

Charlton's Veterans Breakfast will be held from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 11 at Paxon Hollow Country Club, 850 Paxon Hollow Road, Media.

"I am honored to have the opportunity to host a breakfast to thank those who have selflessly served our country," Charlton said. "I look forward to the opportunity to meeting the veterans of the 165th district and Delaware County and hope they accept this small token of appreciation for their tremendous sacrifice."

In addition to breakfast, representatives from the Veterans Administration and the Vietnam Veterans of America will be in attendance to provide information and answer any questions.

Charlton represents Pennsylvania's 165th legislative district, which includes Springfield, Marple, and Radnor townships.
