Sproul Road Affected By Resurfacing Work Next Week In Springfield

PennDOT said the road will be restricted during the daytime and nighttime beginning Sunday.

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — Motorists will see lane restrictions on Sproul Road in Springfield for resurfacing operations beginning Sunday.

From Sunday, Sept. 8 through Friday, Sept. 13, Sproul Road/Route 320 will be restricted for paving work.

Restrictions will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., as well as 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next morning.

The affected stretch of road is between U.S. 1 and West Chester Pike/Route 3.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because slowdowns will occur.

All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
