Delaware County’s Nether Providence, meanwhile, was ranked 27th, while West Goshen in Chester County led the way for the state, placing 24th.

Population, median income, job growth, median home price and property tax were among the criteria by which each city was evaluated, but factors like historic value and community culture also played a role in the rankings.

Here’s what Time had to say about West Goshen:

West Goshen residents enjoy attractive parks, top schools, affordable property taxes, and plenty of events organized for the tight-knit community. Those include skatecamps, outdoor concerts and decorated bike parades in the summer—and harvest festivals and holiday decorations workshops in the winter.

The town’s hands-on American Helicopter Museum has also announcedplansto add new theater and classroom space, expanding on its 20,000 square feet full of vintage helicopters, including the only V-22 tilt-rotor Osprey in the world on public display.

West Goshen is an easy drive to Philadelphia and Wilmington, Del., as well as America’s largest shopping center, The King of Prussia Mall. But plenty of jobs can also be found right next door in West Chester, full of shops and restaurants and home to QVC headquarters.

One downside, if you’re looking to live in town? West Goshen is getting so popular that you might be hard-pressed to find a home for sale right now.
