Traffic Light Knocked Out In Springfield, 4-Way Stop In Place

Officials with Springfield Township said a traffic signal was taken out Thursday night and the intersection now has a temporary 4-way stop.

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — A temporary four-way stop is in place at a Springfield Township intersection after a traffic signal was knocked down.

According to the township, the traffic signal at the intersection of Springfield Road and Colonial Park Drive was knocked down late Thursday night.

Officials reported significant damage at the intersection.

As such, a temporary four-way stop is in place at the intersection.

The township said repair work will begin early next week.
