With 2017 coming to a close, it's a good time to look back and recall the glitzy, fancy properties that were sold this year in the Tredyffrin and Easttown areas. According to information provided by Realtor.com, in the last six months alone, more than 30 properties over $1 million were sold in the area.

2490 White Horse Rd, Berwyn, PA 19312 – Sold for $1.6 million on Dec. 11

204 Country Rd, Berwyn, PA 19312 – Sold for $1.47 million on Oct. 17

681 Wetherby Ln, Devon, PA 19333 – Sold for $1.42 on July 11
