Dresher Among PA's Most Expensive Zip Codes: Study
More of the 50 most expensive zip codes in Pennsylvania are in Montgomery County than anywhere else in Pennsylvania.

DRESHER, PA — Dresher has been listed as one of the most expensive zip codes in Pennsylvania, according to a new study analyzing real estate trends across the Keystone State.
The study, executed by real estate data firm Property Shark, shows that 15 of the top 50 most expensive zip codes in the state are from Montgomery County. The list is based off of the median price of homes sold over the past year, from June 2016 to July 2017. More of the 50 most expensive zip codes in Pennsylvania are in Montgomery County than anywhere else in Pennsylvania.
Dresher's median price of $391,250 placed it 28th overall in the state.

The ranking is unsurprisingly headlined by Main Line zips, with Villanova, Gladwyne, Merion Station, Haverford, and Berwyn zips taking the top five spots.
Villanova's $1,046,925 median price is well ahead of second place Gladwyne's, at $850,000.

The top 22 spots on the list are all from the five-county Philadelphia area, as are 49 of the top 50.
Other Montgomery County towns whose zips made the list: Bryn Mawr (7), Fort Washington (10), Wynnewood (13), Narberth (14), Blue Bell (24), Bala Cynwyd (26), Dresher (28), Flourtown (32), Lafayette Hill (38), Huntingdon Valley (39), Ambler (43), Colmar (47), and Plymouth Meeting (49).
