MAPLE GLEN, PA — Months ago, the infamous "sex dungeon" home in Maple Glen hit the Montgomery County real estate market. In the weeks that ensued, the quiet home on at 1612 Norristown Road became widely known for its sex swings and related paraphernalia, as well as a unique marketing campaign that drew international attention.

Today, that five-bedroom, 5,000-plus square foot home is no longer for sale. However, it can be rented.

Owner Vince Marie decided not to sell it, and to repurpose it full time for what had once been its temporary use: a unique Airbnb, marketed as a company, Maison XS.

>>'50 Shades Of Maple Glen' Sex Basement Home Draws International Intereste

"(The home) is, as it has always been, available upon request," Marie told Realtor.com in a recent interview. "All weekends, however, are booked solid for the next six months."

Instead of just renting out the basement — the finished space includes sex swings, a whip, a flair, and more — the whole house is now being rented. It's an expansive home, listed back in March for $721,900, and featuring three fireplaces, an indoor-outdoor speaker system, and hardwood floors.

When the for sale listing went up labeling the property in a well to-do, quiet neighborhood as a "50 Shades" home, it drew the anger of a few neighbors. But it also drew prospective buyers from around the globe.

"I have been hearing from people all over the world," Melissa Leonard, the real estate agent who marketed the home, told Patch in February. "So it truly went viral."

Today, the business is more than just an Airbnb. Just last month, MaisonXS hosted a "Halloween Masquerade Adult Party" for a select group, with various other events throughout the summer.
