Upper Macungie Police say Demetrios Augustin was arrested late Monday night and charged with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief.`
Upper Macungie Police report that a Breinigsville man was arrested late Monday for allegedly throwing a woman down a flight of stairs during a domestic dispute.
Police said the pair was arguing about their relationship at about 11:45 p.m. Monday.Â
Police said, at one point, Demetrios Augustin allegedly threw the victim down a flight of stairs.
Police said the victim sustained a hand injury but declined treatment.
Police said Augustin was arrested and charged with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief.`
