Upper Macungie Police are investigating an incident on Turkey Ridge Road where a cell phone was stolen from a vehicle, damaged and then returned.
Police say the incident occurred between 5 p.m. Sunday and Monday (Sept 8 and 9)Â in the 800 block of Turkey Ridge Road.
