In The Schools: Open Houses, Dances and Pizza Socials

Many school-related events are schedule for this week, including dances, pizza socials, meetings and open houses. 

Here is what's going on in the Parkland School District this week:

• A Parent Forum Meeting will be held at Parkland High School Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Room C220.

• Jaindl Elementary School will hold its Open House Thursday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. 

• The Parkland School Board will hold a 7 p.m. workshop meeting an 8 p.m. agenda meeting at the school district's headquarters, located at 1210 Springhouse Road in South Whitehall.

• Fogelsville Elementary School will hold a pizza social and movie night at 6 p.m. Friday. 

• Orefield Middle School will hold a school dance from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday.
