Leaf Collection Wraps Up This Week in Upper Macungie

Hello everyone. We're at the start of a new week, and a short week. Let's see what the next few days have to offer.


1. It's Thanksgiving, of course. The forecast might bring us some nasty weather, so we'll keep you updated on travel conditions.

2. Parkland schools dismiss early Wednesday. For the high school and middle schools, it's 1 p.m. Elementary students get out at 1:45 p.m.

3. Friday is Black Friday, but we're also focusing on Small Business Saturday the following day. We're looking for small businesses in Upper Macungie to tell their stories.

4. Upper Macungie's leaf collection program ends for the year on Friday. After that, you can drop off leaves at the township's public works office.

5. Township offices will be closed Thursday and Friday this week.
