Parkland Baseball Qualifies for State Tournament
The Parkland High School baseball team exacts revenge on Whitehall Wednesday night at Coca-Cola Park with a 5-2 victory that earned the Trojans the District 11 4A crown.

The Parkland High School baseball team earned a trip to the PIAA Class 4A tournament Wednesday night by defeating Lehigh Valley Conference Tournament champion Whitehall, 5-2, at Coca-Cola Park, according to the District 11 website.
The first round of the state baseball playoffs begin Monday, June 3. However, the PIAA website has not yet listed first-round matchups, seedings and locations.
The Trojans (22-3) gained a measure of revenge against Whitehall, who defeated them in the Lehigh Valley Conference championship game.
