Parkland Concert, Book Quest Ahead This Week
A look at what's happening this week in Upper Macungie.
Good morning everyone. We're at the start of a new week, so let's take a look at what's happening over the next few days in Upper Macungie.
1. The Parkland High School Band and 9th and 10th Grade Chorus hold their winter concert Wednesday at 7 p.m.
2. Book Quest, the Parkland Community Library's book group for adults, meets Wednesday at 7 p.m. to discuss Gone Girl, Gillian Flynn's best-selling thriller.
3. Also at the library: the knitting circle meets Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Open to knitters of all ages and skill levels.
4. The Fogelsville Elementary PTO meets Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the school.
5. The Parkland School Board meets Tuesday at 7 p.m. for a workshop, followed by a regular meeting at 8 p.m.
