Parkland Marching Band Wins Second Place for Best Band

Parkland's Marching Trojans win second place at the City of Allentown's 250th Anniversary Points of Pride Parade.

The Parkland Marching Band won $300 for its second-place win for Best Band in the City of Allentown's 250th Anniversary Points of Pride Parade Sept. 29.

Kutztown won $500 for first place and Allen High School won $200 for third.

Other community organizations and businesses also received prize money for their award-winning performances and displays.
