Santa Visit, Spirit of the Lehigh Valley Banquet This Week

Hello everyone. It's the start of a new week, one which will be fairly short, due to the Christmas-sized hole in the middle. We hope everyone who's traveling has a safe trip, and that everyone who celebrates it has a great Christmas. 

Here's what's happening this week:

1. Santa Claus makes a couple of appearances in Upper Macungie on Christmas Day. He'll be at the Chapmans (at the old Agway) at 9:15 a.m. and finally Fogelsville (at the Post Office parking lot) at 9:45 a.m.

2. The Spirit of the Lehigh Valley holds its annual Christmas Eve event from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Breinigsville. About 4,500 people are expected to attend.

3. Upper Macungie Township offices will be open this week except for Christmas Day.
