Teen Passes Out During Drug Arrest, Police Say

Police say teenagers discovered smoking marijuana at township park.

Upper Macungie police say an Allentown teenager passed out while talking to officers during a marijuana/public drunkenness arrest Saturday evening.

Michael Lewis, 18, was one of four young men discovered in the township park on Route 100, police say.

While talking to the men, the officer noticed the odor of marijuana, and the teens allegedly admitted to smoking it. All four showed signs of intoxication. While they were talking, Lewis passed out, police said, and had to be taken to the hospital.

With him were:

  • Mihn Tang, 18, Whitehall
  • Daniel Ventura, 18, Slatington
  • Tyler Specht, 18, Allentown
All four teens are facing drug possession, public drunkenness and trespass charges, police say.
