Woodmont Properties Grows its Management Team

Woodmont Properties, one of the region’s leading residential and commercial real estate developers, today announced the promotion of Stephanie Smith to Regional Community Manager and Jillian Porzio to Community Manager at Woodmont Ridge at Upper Macungie.

As Regional Community Manager Smith will work with Louis Devos and Regional Community Manager John Santavicca to manage Woodmont’s growing portfolio and assure outstanding service to its residents. Her responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations at multiple New Jersey Woodmont Properties communities, including: Woodmont Knolls, Woodmont Square, Woodmont Station, Woodmont Cove and Woodmont Metro.

“Stephanie quickly put her years of experience to work by leading a fantastic team to surpass all established goals in the leasing of the new Woodmont Ridge in Upper Macungie, P.A.,” said Eric Witmondt, Chief Executive Officer of Woodmont Properties. “She will now play a pivotal role in fostering our growth efforts.”

Prior to joining Woodmont in December 2015, Smith served in Regional Vice President, Regional Community Manager and Community Manager roles in Alabama.

Porzio, has been promoted to fill Smith’s former position, and will serve as Community Manager at Woodmont Ridge at Upper Macungie. Since joining the Woodmont Ridge team in May 2016 she held both Leasing Professional and Assistant Community Manager positions. Porzio has worked in property management for over a decade with experience overseeing communities as large as 850 apartments.

“Jillian is a key team member at Woodmont Ridge and always approaches her role with vigor and enthusiasm,” said Louis DeVos, Vice President of Property Management of Woodmont Properties. “She spearheaded important processes and procedures which helped us successfully and seamlessly reach our goal to stabilize Woodmont Ridge.”

As Community Manager Porzio’s responsibilities will include day-to-day operations, team management, employee training and ensuring the needs of its residents are met and surpassed at Woodmont Ridge.

Woodmont Ridge recently announced it reached full occupancy. Woodmont Properties’ fourth community in the Lehigh Valley, Woodmont Valley in Lower Macungie, is currently in lease-up.
