Ex-Employee At Montco Children's Swim School Had Child Porn: Feds
27-year-old Danielle Sebenick, an ex-employee at a swimming school for children, pleaded guilty to distributing and possessing child porn.
JENKINTOWN, PA — A former employee of a local swimming school for children has pleaded guilty to charges of child pornography, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced.
Danielle Sebenick, 27, a resident of Glenside, was formerly an employee at Jenkintown's Kids First Swim School.
Sebenick was caught with the child porn back in Nov. 2018, authorities said. She was indicted by a federal grand jury in January.

"Not only did this defendant commit the heinous crime of possessing and distributing child pornography, she did it while employed at a business that specializes in teaching children an important life skill,” U.S. Attorney William McSwain said in announcing Sebenick's guilty plea. "Parents and caregivers bring their children to facilities like this with the expectation that the staff will teach them and keep them safe; they shouldn’t be worried that their children are in the presence of a sexual predator."
Sentencing is forthcoming.
