Huntington Valley Giant To Start Serving Beer And Wine

The Giant supermarket in Huntingdon Valley will officially open its Beer and Wine Eatery this week.

HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — The Giant supermarket in Huntingdon Valley will officially open its Beer and Wine Eatery this week.

The store located at 737 Huntingdon Pike will hold a grand opening on Saturday, Jan. 5 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

"Our associates are excited to kick off 2019 with the convenient new addition of a Beer & Wine Eatery to our store," Michael Diedrich, store manager, said in a statement. "Our Huntingdon Valley customers can now make their selections from more than 300 varieties of local and national brand beer and wine for one stop grocery shopping."

Giant said that the store includes hundreds of beers, both craft and imported along with domestic, as well as a large wine selection and a "mix a six" option for customers to create their own six pack.

The eatery features sandwiches, wraps, subs, and salads and is open for both eat-in and take-out. You can purchase beer, wine, and food here from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday through Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
