At around 2:30 a.m. that morning, Kelly went up a ladder onto the roof of her home, hopped onto a balcony, and entered via the balcony door, police said.
Once he was inside he locked her in a bedroom with him and sexually assaulted her, telling her he was going to "impregnate her," according to the affidavit.
The victim later told police that she told the man "no" more than forty times during the assault, police said.
Bail was set at 10 percent of $500,000, which Kelly was unable to post. He was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is set for April 6.
