Man Sexually Assaulted Child In Montgomery Co. Home: Cops
The man knew the family of the victim and sexually assaulted the girl, who was under 13, inside their home, authorities said.

ABINGTON, PA — A man has been arrested after sexually assaulting a young girl in her family's Abington home, police said.
Joseph Cornelius Richardson, 18, was taken into custody on Feb. 6 on numerous charges.
The incident occurred back in July of 2019.

Police said that Richardson knew the victim's family. The assault occurred inside the family home of the victim, a young girl under the age of 13, according to authorities.
Richardson has been charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault of a child, indecent assault on a child under 13, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and related counts.

Bail was set at $50,000 and he was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
