Miss Black Pennsylvania Pageant Seeks Contestants

Are you a black female between the ages of 14 to 27 years old?

The Miss Black Pennsylvania USA organization is currently seeking contestants. Winners will go on to compete in the Miss Black USA 2016 Pageant.

The mission of the Miss Black USA Pageant is “to provide educational opportunities to outstanding young women of color and to develop the whole woman – mind, body, and spirit,” according to organizers.

Since 1986, the Miss Black USA Pageant has provided winners with scholarship money, international travel opportunities, modeling contracts and leadership development, the organization said.

Females interested in competing should complete the application process by clicking here. If selected as a local titleholder, they will advance. Applications are due by March 13.

The Miss Black Pennsylvania USA 2016 Scholarship Pageant is the official state preliminary competition for the Miss Black USA Scholarship Pageant.

The state competition will take place in Philadelphia in the fall of 2015.
