WILLOW GROVE, PA — Willow Grove Park Mall is slowly reopening back up, with certain restaurants and public-facing retailers on the premises now opening their doors with numerous health precautions in place.

Nordstrom Rack will open up at Willow Grove on Thursday, June 18, the company announced.

The announcement is part of Nordstrom's phased "market by market" reopening approach. In addition to the King of Prussia Mall Nordstrom's, the Nordstrom Racks at the King of Prussia Town Center, Langhorne, Philadelphia, Allentown, and Lancaster will all reopen this week.

Nordstrom closed all its stores in March due to the coronavirus outbreak and, last month, announced that 16 stores would be closed permanently.

The company said the closures are a result of both the coronavirus, and market trends pushing more shoppers online. According to Nordstrom, more than half of their sales now come through their website.
