It began when the victim was 13-year-old, police said. Perry would allegedly send the girl "flirtatious" emails and texts, and touch her face and buttocks in a sexual manner, according to authorities.
The relationship became sexual when the girl turned 15. Perry began driving her to his home on Fleming Avenue in Willow Grove so he could have sex with her, police said.
