Willow Grove Man, 20, Charged In DUI Crash That Left 2 Teens Dead
A 20-year-old was speeding when he lost control and ran head-on into traffic with disastrous consequences, police said.

WILLOW GROVE, PA — A Willow Grove man has been charged with homicide by vehicle following a deadly crash in Philadelphia that left two teens dead and others injured.
Dylan Urbanowski, 20, turned himself in to Philadelphia Police early Friday after a warrant was issued in connection with the June 1 crash.
The incident occurred at around 10:35 a.m. that morning on the 1600 block of Grant Avenue.

Urbanowksi had four passengers in his vehicle and was speeding when he lost control, police said.
The vehicle crossed over into oncoming traffic and hit a vehicle headed the opposite direction.

Urbanowski was ejected from the car, along with all four passengers: Michael Jacoby, Sebastian Plummer, William Eddis, and William Johnson, police said.
Jacoby and Plummer, both 18, did not survive.
Urbanowski faces charges of homicide by vehicle while DUI, aggravated assault while DUI, aggravated assault by vehicle, accidents involving death, driving without a license, involuntary manslaughter, recklessly endangering another person, and related crimes.
He will be arraigned Friday afternoon. His bail status is pending.
