Much attention has been made to the importance of breakfast to start your day right. Dinner gets tons of attention as the meal friends and family gather to rehash their day. But what about the sandwich? Recently, we asked American Sandwich Co. owners Rich Piotrowski and Ellen Blickman to take your questions regarding all things sandwich. 

According to their Facebook Page, husband and wife team Piotrowski and Blickman have a combined 14 years in the restaurant business. They use only fresh ingredients and no high fructose corn syrup.
