Upper Saucon Man Arrested for Stealing Booze and Defecating on the Floor

Richard Hamm, 23, faces charges of criminal mischief, retail theft, and disorderly conduct for an October 15th incident.

Upper Saucon Township man is accused of stealing bottles of alcohol from the Belmont Inn and defecating on the bathroom floor.

Lower Saucon Township police charged Richard Hamm, 23, of Lalique Lane, with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and retail theft.

After defecating, Hamm reportedly “smeared it round and stuffed the toilet brush in the tank,” police said in a news release.

Hamm is a repeat offender, having faced the same charges at another eatery in January, police said.
