Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Saucon Township will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 10, 2021, at 6:30 PM in the Township Municipal Building, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the request of Bella Mia Enterprises, LLC to acquire a local economic development liquor license with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board pursuant to the Pennsylvania Liquor Code, 47 P.S. 4-461. Bella Mia Enterprises, LLC intends to operate a restaurant serving alcoholic beverages at 2880 Center Valley Parkway (Suite 602 of The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley) in Upper Saucon Township. The Township may approve this request for a license if it finds that issuing the license will promote economic development. The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will make the final determination as to whether or not to issue a liquor license for the premises. Interested individuals may appear at the public hearing to provide comments, recommendations and testimony on this request.
