UST BoS Agenda Includes Tennis Courts, Parking Restrictions
Upper Saucon Board of Supervisors will hear discussion on several issues this evening, including public use of the school district tennis courts, and restricting parking in a residential neighborhood.

Tonight's Upper Saucon Board of Supervisors meeting has several items on the agenda, two of which have special interest to the residents of Southern Lehigh:Â
1. Southern Lehigh School District Tennis Courts- The board of supervisors will discuss the recent tennis court reconstruction, and whether it should recommend a special exception that would allow the courts to be open to the public.Â
2. Courtney Drive 'No Parking Zone'- A discussion on whether a 30-foot segment of Courtney Drive should be made a 'No Parking Zone' is also up in front of the board. Neighbors have complained that parking on a curvy segment of Courtney Drive poses a danger to drivers. But some close to the issue feel that the safety issue stems from a neighbor dispute on street-front parking and wonder if the supervisors will place 'No Parking' restrictions on all curved streets.
