This home is impressive. It boasts 50 "secluded" acres and so much fanciness you can't even begin to cover it all. But we'll try to get to the highlights: a pond, an orchard, a heated salt water pool, six fireplaces, and built-in speakers in every room. You get the picture. It's pretty amazing. And it's been on the market since 2010, with five price reductions. First listed at $10.9 million, this home can now be yours for a mere $7.35 million. Property taxes will run you another $11,300 a month. See the full listing here.
