700+ Bucks County Jobs Available at Spring Job Fair

Spring is a time of renewal. Warmer weather, budding flowers. And, for many, new careers.

Job seekers will have more than 700 jobs to choose from at RecruitmentQueen’s Bucks County Spring Job Fair on April 11 at Oxford Valley Mall.

“Spring is a great time to look for a new job, particularly since hiring managers and recruiters are eager to fill roles prior to Memorial Day,” RecruitmentQueen President and CEO Jennifer Schultz said.

RecruitmentQueen’s 2017 job fair featured 40 employers, more than 1,000 jobs and hundreds of job seekers. Schultz said she anticipates a similar response to this year’s fair.

Job seekers will have an opportunity to meet with hiring managers from a wide range of industries, including customer service, sales, management, administrative, clerical, nursing, home healthcare, accounting and more.

Employers registered so far include Friends Hospital, Double H Plastics, Vertical Screen, Nolan Painting, Inc., Salute2Service, Robert Half, PA CareerLink, TMA Bucks, Warwick Family Services, The Horsham Clinic, PeopleShare, Fred Beans Family of Dealerships, Sykes, American National, Holy Redeemer, Sterling Limousine, Manpower, Chandler Hall, Pennswood Village, Brightwood Career Institute, Rothman Orthopaedic Specialty Hospital, Easton Coach Company, U.S. Army, Express Employment Professionals, Weber Display and Packaging, Fidelity Home Health and PharmaCann.

Even though the career fair is held at a shopping mall where dress codes do not apply, job seekers should dress for success, according to Schultz. Professional attire is recommended.

She also suggests that job seekers research the companies they are interested in ahead of time and come to the career fair prepared and with enough copies of their resume in hand.

Salute 2 Service, a Bucks County based nonprofit organization serving military, will be collecting non-perishable food items. Job seekers are asked to bring canned goods or other non-perishable items.
