The Bucks County Community College fundraiser will feature food from more than 30 restaurants plus local wine.

The annual Tyler Tasting Party returns to Bucks County Community College on Friday, June 5, when the 27th annual food and wine tasting event will be held at historic Tyler Hall in Newtown.
This year’s event is sponsored by The First National Bank and Trust Company of Newtown and will feature more than 30 restaurants, caterers and wineries serving samples.
Magician Mike Miller will entertain guests, plus there will be a DJ to provide music for dancing.

The event raises funds for Historic Preservation scholarships and the restoration of Tyler Hall, the 85-year-old French-Norman mansion which served as the home of banker George F. Tyler and his wife, Stella Elkins Tyler.
The 60-room mansion was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987, according to information from the college.
