Car Thefts and Credit Card Fraud: Upper Southampton Police Briefs

The following information was provided by the Upper Southampton Police Department:

Theft from Car
400 Block of Silver Avenue
Sometime overnight, Wednesday, Oct. 16 

Someone stole an ipod cord and a phone charger from an unlocked car parked on the 400 block of Silver Avenue. 

Credit Card Fraud
100 Block of Maple Avenue
Reported Thursday, Oct. 17

Unauthorized charges were made at Walmart.com to the credit card account of a Maple Avenue resident. The items were shipped out of state. Investigation is ongoing. 

Car Theft
87 Street Road
Reported Thursday, Oct. 17

Business owner reported someone stole his 1999 C3500 Chevy Express work van from the company's back lot sometime between 6 and 9 p.m. Thursday. The van is white with PA license plate number YYG-1994.
