Buckle up, Bucks County. You're in for a slice of heaven, according to some very seasoned eaters.

The ranking, by popular website Thrillist, comes just weeks after the Trenton institution finalized its plans to cross the river. The new restaurant will be located in Lower Makefield Township, at Yardley-Langhorne and Edgewood roads.

The original De Lorenzo's was around for so long that there was no bathroom. Before it closed in 2012, I went there and found that out the hard way. But now it exists only in Robbinsville, in fancier digs with bathrooms and salads, but still with those beautiful Trenton-style tomato pies, which -- for the laymen -- is basically pizza in which the cheese goes on first, and then the toppings and crushed tomatoes.
The site ranked De Lorenzo's among famous pizzerias such as Lucali in Brooklyn (Beyonce and Jay Z reportedly skipped the Grammys to eat there, according to Thrillist) and Sally's Apizza in New Haven (Pepe's rival).
