Resident Came Home, Fought Burglar, Police Say
Upper Southampton Police are searching for a burglar who reportedly fled the scene after being confronted by the homeowner.
Police say a resident came home to the 1400 block of Churchville Road around noon on Monday to find the residence being burglarized.
A brief struggle ensued between the homeowner and the burglar, according to Upper Southampton Police.
The burglar, identified by police as John Thomas Fuller, 47, of Southampton, then fled in a 1999 green Cadillac sedan, which has a Pennsylvania registration number of JGG-7991. Police did not say how they identified the suspect.

An arrest warrant for Fuller has been issued with the charges of burglary and related offenses.
Upper Southampton Police further report no injuries were sustained by the homeowner.
