Upper Southampton Police Seek Man For Threats

UPPER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — Police in Upper Southampton are seeking a man wanted on charges of making threats toward someone over the course of several weeks.

Elvin Gambatese Guzman, 34, is accused in a long list of charges including stalking, lewd or threatening harassment and illegally sharing intimate images, according to court records.

He faced similar charges in 2017, court records show.

Police say Guzman's last known address was on Rorer Street in Philadelphia.

He is described as a Hispanic male, standing 6'3" and weighing about 190 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
