The home first hit the market in September of last year at an asking price of $3,395,000. That price was dropped as low as $2,495,000 and it is currently listed at $2,795,000.

Comedian Joan Rivers and her husband, Edgar Rosenberg, met Warrington developer Thomas Pileggi in 1978, when he helped finance one of her movies, according to news reports. He would go on to design an estate home for her, though it was ultimately sold to another family years later after Rosenberg's death.

The mansion sits on a property that's more than 10 acres and it's got a master bedroom that, at about 2,000 square feet, is bigger than some houses.
