Today, Mayor George C. Brown announced that the City of Wilkes-Barre will postpone the opening of  the Coal Street Splash Pad to Saturday, June 5th, due to the inclement weather predicted for tomorrow. The Splash Pad hours of operation are 10 AM to 7 PM. It will be closed when there are threats of inclement weather.
