The City of Wilkes-Barre has extended the deadline for the Emergency Relief Loan Program.

The City of Wilkes-Barre has extended the deadline for the Emergency Relief Loan Program. The program to be accessed by existing non-franchised/locally owned small businesses within the City of Wilkes-Barre. The Small Business Emergency Relief Loan Program is available to existing non-franchised locally owned small business projects (1 full-time employee up to 5 full-time employees maximum) that have been completely closed due the COVID-19 pandemic Commonwealth of Pennsylvania mandated shut down and has had to remain closed due to the mandate. The small business must be located within the City of Wilkes-Barre’s limits/boundaries.
