She filed a lawsuit accusing Forever 21 of negligence for failing to install security features in the employee locker room.

PROVIDENCE, RI — A former Forever 21 worker in Providence is accusing the retailer of negligence in a lawsuit that said someone installed a hidden camera in the employee restroom and secretly filmed her. The federal lawsuit was filed on Tuesday in New York and said video of her partially undressed was distributed to "thousands of online viewers" on pornographic websites.
The woman worked at the store in 2011. She didn't learn about the video's existence until someone else told her about it in December 2016, her lawyer said.
The suit accuses Forever 21 of failing to install security features in the employee locker room. She seeks $2 million in damages.
