RI State Police Make 15 DUI Arrests Over Columbus Day Weekend
Arrests included people from Newport, Cranston, Woonsocket, Johnston, Providence, East Providence and more.

PROVIDENCE, RI — The Rhode Island State Police Saturday announced the arrest of 15 different people on driving under the influence (DUI) charges over Columbus Day weekend.
The arrests stemmed from several crashes and motor vehicle stops, state police said. No one was seriously injured.
"Anyone who chooses to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs poses a tremendous risk to everyone on our roads," State Police Colonel Assumpico said. "We are fortunate that no deaths or serious injuries resulted from the alleged actions of these individuals."

- Santos Hernandez Estrada, 19, of Newport
- Judson Lisiecka, 46, of Cranston
- Donald Moore, 28, of Woonsocket
- Victoria Robbins, 28, of Woonsocket
- John Delbonis Jr., 21, of Johnston
- Craig Corey, 28, of East Providence
- Yudis Mendez, 34, of Providence
- Jason Hedges, 36, of Westerly
- Isaurindo Ramos, 53, of Warwick
- Joaquim Galvao, 56, of Lincoln
- Rhonda Uribe, 50, of Central Falls
- Michael Nickerson, 60, of Warwick
- Phillip Camire, 53, of East Fairhaven, Massachusetts
- Carmen Cuba, 30, of Central Falls
- Michael A. Goddard, 35, of Pawtucket
