$1.215 Million Home Among Properties Changing Hands

Three warranty deeds filed in Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 1-7.

Three warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 1-7, for homes that changed hands, including an Adams Point home that sold for $1.215 million.

The homes are located in the Rumstick, Holy Angels and West Barrington neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a low of $278,000 to the million-plus price tag for the Adams Point property.

  • 114 Shore Drive, $300,000, sold by Lester E. Grinnings Jr. and Linda J. Grinnings to Joseph S. Ruggiero.
