$1.82 Million Property Overlooking Beach Among Homes Sold

Six warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week for homes that changed hands, including a Barrington Beach-front property that sold for $1.82 million.

The homes are located in the Nayatt, Rumstick, Hampden Meadows, Primrose Hill neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a low of $360,000 to a high of $1,820,000.

• 15 Stanhope Drive, $345,000, sold by Marilyn A. Singleton to Matthew J. Levin and Jill A. Levin.
• 90 Fales Ave., $360,000, sold by Douglas C. Brown to  Mark S. Ardizzone and Pamela S. Ardizzone.
• 2 Glenfield Road, $525,000, sold by Jamie H. Clements Jr. and Dianna M. Cauvin-Clements to Emerson D. Leonard and Millanne J. Leonard.
• 2 Pierce Court, $560,000, sold by Stephen W. Palmer and Brigitte Palmer to Adamson E. Streit and Kristen E. W. Streit.
