BARRINGTON, RI–The property at 29 Adams Point Road was recently sold for $1,050,000, according to the realtor, Residential Properties Ltd. Sales Associate Nancy Tobias was the listing agent, and Sales Associate Nancy Weaver was the selling agent. Both are members of RPL’s Barrington branch.

According to MLS data, this is the 19th single family sale of over a million in Barrington this year. Residential Properties has listed 12 of these 19, the real estate firm said.
